Central West Animal Clinic

I had an minor emergency and after calling 4 Vets she was able to squeeze us in. I am forever thankful. She is very kind and knowledgeable. And super friendly and well as her front desk gal.

We had an older "alley cat" that showed up at my sister's house a while ago. He suddenly became ill on a Monday afternoon. Our regular vet wasn't available. On Tuesday it was very apparent he wasn't going to get better. Our regular vet couldn't get us an appointment until Thursday. I called friends vets who either wouldn't see us because we hadn't previously been a patient or wanted us to drop him off and leave him. I then started calling all vets in phone book. Dr Micki at Central West Animal Clinic said they could see us as their last patient that day. When she saw us she confirmed our thoughts that he wouldn't get better. Dr Micki very kindly and gently with us holding him "put him to sleep". Thank God Dr Micki was willing to make time to do this difficult procedure so he wouldn't needlessly suffer.

Front desk lady Barb quite literally moans and groans into the speaker when you call on the phone. Unprofessional and immature… I don’t want to talk to you either, Barb.

The staff was great.. very helpful.. needed a health certificate to bring a puppy back home.. they were the only vet clinic that would do it.. they are wonderful.. would use them totally if I lived in the area
